Rework of my portfolio

Nuxt
VueJS
TailwindCSS
Iconify
TypeScript
Nginx
VPS
GitHub Actions

This is a reworked version of my portfolio, built using Nuxt and additional modules.
I designed custom components with Tailwind CSS, inspired by the styles of shadcn/ui.
I implemented TypeScript to improve code quality and autocompletion.
The website is deployed automatically with ssh on VPS from github.

Mini robotic cell (Scara of Mecademic)

Solidworks
Qelectrotech
Beckhoff & EtherCAT
TwinCAT
Mecademic
new MCS500
EYE+

This is an new version of the Mini Robotic Cell described below.
This version utilizes a Scara robot from Mecademic and a new MCS500 controller.
I designed the mechanical parts and programmed the entire system's operation.
Parts are recirculated using a blowing system, enabling continuous demonstration.
The entire system is controlled via EtherCAT fieldbus.

Retrofit of demonstrator

Universal Robot
Solidworks
Asycube
EYE+
ElectronJS App

I design some mechanicals parts to retrofit a demonstrator with Universal Robot (UR). I programmed the entire control system application created with a ElectronJS app. The parts are recirculated by injenious pallets, enabling the demonstrator to operate continuously.

WorkMemo open source application + website

ElectronJS
VueJS
Vite
Typescript
TailwindCSS

WorkMemo is an open source application to help you to manage your tasks and your todos.
The application is available on Windows but can be build to Linux and macOS.
The website is a simple landing page to introduice the application.

term.arduc.ch Website - Personnal project

VueJS
CSS

After seen the website of M4TT72, I decided to create my own terminal website, agains to improve my skills and knownledge in VueJS.
This website is a simple terminal with some fun commands.

arduc.ch First version of my portfolio - Personnal project

VueJS
TailwindCSS
Vite
Nginx

I build my first portfolio to improve my skills in VueJS and in web development in general. This was the first I used Nginx to deploy my website on my first purchased VPS

Mini robotic cell (Linear axis from Jenny Science)

Beckhoff & EtherCAT
TwinCAT
JennyScience
TC3 NC
EYE+

I design part of demonstrator showing a pogopin assembly application using an Asycube 50 with EYE+ and a linear axis system and programmed the entire working.
The parts are recirculated by blowing, enabling the demonstrator to operate continuously.
The whole system is controlled via EtherCAT fiedbus.

Flexible demonstrator with common mechanical base - Asyril project

Solidworks
Qelectrotech
Solidworks
Qelectrotech
Kuka
Yamaha
Denso

I managed the design of a flexible demonstrator with a common mechanical base.
This demonstrator was designed to be easily adaptable to different robotic systems, including Kuka, Yamaha, and Denso.
My role in this project was to define the architecture on the software part with various robotic systems applied by many poeple in the team worked on this project.

Fanuc demonstrator - Asyril project

Beckhoff
EtherCAT
WPF
C#
EYE+
Fanuc

On this project, I was entirely responsible for defining the software architecture and programming its operation.
The programming was carried out on a Beckhoff PLC, which is the machine master that communicates in EtherCAT with the fanuc robot and in TCP/IP with the three EYE+ systems.
Several production scenarios were imagined with this very large and complex demonstrator.
I also had the opportunity to develop a dashboard in WPF C# to display production data and various graphics.

Plugin PLC Mitsubishi SmartSight - Asyril project

Mitsubishi
GX Works
tcp/ip
SmartSight

During my ES training, I undertook a diploma project to design a plugin for Mitsubishi PLCs.
The aim of this plugin was to simplify TCP/IP communication for users integrating Asyril Smartsight system. My main role in this project was to design and develop the plugin.
This project enabled me to deepen my skills in PLC programming and TCP/IP communication protocols. It also gave me the opportunity to work in depth with TCPIP communication, especially with mitsubishi plc and its GX Works programming software.

Plugin PLC fieldbus Asycube - Asyril project

Beckhoff & EtherCAT
Rockwell & EtherNet/IP
Siemens & Profinet
Mitsubishi & CC-Link
Asycube

During my ES training, I undertook a project focused on the creation of function blocks for various PLC fieldbus systems.
These function blocks were developed to integrate with multiple platforms, including Beckhoff with EtherCAT communication, Rockwell with EtherNet/IP, Siemens with Profinet, and Mitsubishi with CC-Link.
In addition, the project also included the enhancement of Hilscher gateway configurations sold with the Asycube system.

Simulation Industrie 4.0 - CPNV Projects

Siemens
WinCC
TIA v15
Factory IO
OPC UA
NodeRed
Firebase
Thunkable

During my ES training, I undertook a project that involved creating a simulation of an Industry 4.0 factory using the Factory IO software.
The simulated factory was controlled by a Siemens PLC, which was integrated with an IoT module.
This module was responsible for gathering internal data using MQTT and Node-RED, and transmitting it to a Firebase database. The unique aspect of this project was the creation of a custom application that allowed users to order personalized products.
The application was connected to the Firebase database, enabling real-time updates and communication between the user interface and the simulated factory.
This project was a practical exploration of Industry 4.0 concepts, including automation, data exchange, and the use of IoT devices in manufacturing systems.

Automated crepe dispenser - CPNV Projects

Wago
Schneider
Modbus
Stepper motor
Peristaltic pump

During my ES training, I was part of an eight-member team that developed an automated crepe dispenser.
My primary responsibilities were focused on the storage and distribution aspects of the project.
This involved the use of a peristaltic pump, which was driven by a stepper motor. The entire system was controlled by a Wago PLC.
This project allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, and it was a great opportunity to work collaboratively on a complex engineering task.
